1. Identification

These terms govern sales made via wisk-it.com and mews.wisk-it.co, owned by Bond Connect Spain S.L. (NIF: B56787120), registered at Calle República Argentina 14, 06005 Badajoz, Spain.

2. Products & Pricing

All prices are shown in euros and include VAT where applicable. Product availability is subject to change. We reserve the right to change prices at any time

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed through the Shopify platform and confirmed via email.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and other options enabled on the website.

4. Shipping

• We ship within Spain and across Europe.

• Estimated delivery time is 3–7 working days.

• Tracking information will be sent once the order is dispatched.

5. Returns

• You have 14 calendar days from delivery to request a return (excluding customized or made-to-order items).

• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. In case of legal dispute, the parties submit to the courts of Badajoz, Spain.
