Purchase Option & Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Option & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms that apply when a customer places an order through wisk-it.com or mews.wisk-it.co, operated by Bond Connect España S.L., CIF B56787120.

 


 

Placing an Order

When placing an order on our site:

  • You are entering into a legally binding purchase agreement.

  • All product information, specifications, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if:

    • There is an error in product or pricing information

    • There are issues with your payment or delivery address

    • We suspect fraud, abuse, or bad faith use of the purchase process

Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your order only under the following conditions:

  • Within 12 hours of purchase AND before the order has been processed or shipped.

  • Once your order is processed, packed, or shipped, no cancellation is possible.

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to romain@wisk-it.com, referencing your order number and proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to deduct:

  • Administrative and handling costs incurred during processing (even if the product hasn’t shipped).

  • 3% of the order value as non-refundable payment processing fees.

Cancellations of Special Orders

Orders including:

  • Custom hardware kits

  • Products requiring special procurement

  • Branded packaging

  • Bundled offers or discounted sets

    cannot be cancelled under any circumstances once confirmed, unless agreed in writing.

Cancellation by Wisk-it / Bond Connect España S.L.

We reserve the right to cancel any order, at our sole discretion, in the following situations:

  • Technical errors in inventory or pricing

  • Suspected reselling, bulk purchasing, or abuse

  • Unavailability or discontinuation of ordered products

  • Incomplete, unverifiable, or fraudulent customer information

If we cancel an order, you will be notified and refunded in full, unless cancellation is due to customer-provided errors or unresolvable payment issues.

Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays or failures caused by force majeure (e.g. customs delays, natural disasters, courier disruptions)

  • Financial losses from late cancellation requests or refused deliveries

  • Refunds for products that were delivered according to the original confirmed order

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Disputes

We maintain the right to:

  • Challenge any chargeback attempt

  • Submit evidence including IP address, order history, signed delivery, and communication records

  • Suspend or block any future transactions from users involved in unjustified disputes or fraudulent claims

Your Responsibility

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Review product details, shipping times, and compatibility information before confirming

  • Accept the limitations of cancellation described in this policy

  • Cooperate with our team if your order requires clarification, delivery validation, or verification
